Erin has over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s transitions, challenges, and endings. They combine professional counselling with compassionate life passage guidance, offering clients a space to explore change, grief, identity, relationships, and personal growth with steadiness and insight.
Erin’s approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from transpersonal, existential, psychoanalytic/Neo-Jungian, cognitive-behavioural, Gestalt, somatic, feminist, and multicultural frameworks. This flexible approach allows them to match methods to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and personality.
Personally and professionally, Erin is warm, approachable, and inclusive, with experience supporting gender, romantic, and sexual minorities. They also teach in the Faculty of Health Sciences – Addictions & Mental Health Counselling Program at the University of Lethbridge and are passionate about mentoring future counsellors.
Beyond their professional work, Erin enjoys parenthood, connecting with nature, exploring creativity, learning, gaming, and engaging with fandoms.
